Privacy Policy

How VizOptimize collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, request a demo or use our services.

Who we are: VizOptimize is a trade name (DBA) of Dash Ecommerce LLC. References to “VizOptimize,” “we,” “us” or “our” in this policy refer to Dash Ecommerce LLC doing business as VizOptimize.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, information generated when you interact with our services, and limited technical information about your device and browser.

Information you provide

Call and lead-handling data

When VizOptimize is used to answer or process calls on behalf of a customer, the service may process caller names, telephone numbers, property or service details, call recordings, transcripts, consent records, lead classifications, routing information and related CRM data. The exact information processed depends on the customer’s configuration and the caller’s interaction.

Website and technical data

We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps and similar technical information through hosting logs, security tools and analytics technologies.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate VizOptimize, answer and route calls, qualify leads, send alerts and follow-up communications, maintain customer configurations, provide support, process billing, prevent abuse, secure our systems, improve service performance and comply with legal obligations.

3. Customer data and our role

For information VizOptimize processes on behalf of a business customer, that customer generally determines why the information is collected and how it is used. In those circumstances, VizOptimize acts as a service provider or processor to the customer where applicable. Requests concerning data collected by one of our customers may need to be directed to that customer.

4. Call recording, transcription and AI processing

Some service configurations may use automated transcription, artificial intelligence and call recording. Customers are responsible for configuring and using the service in compliance with applicable notice, consent and call-recording laws. Where a call flow includes a required disclosure or consent step, we process the resulting consent status as part of the service record.

5. Text messages

Where a caller or customer provides permission to receive text messages, we may send operational messages related to the inquiry, lead or service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of future messages from that messaging program. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. How we share information

We may share information with vendors that help us provide the service, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, telephony, artificial-intelligence, CRM, communications, analytics, security and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support customers, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Retention periods may vary by data type and customer configuration. Information may be deleted, anonymized or aggregated when it is no longer needed.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request concerning information held directly by VizOptimize, contact us at support@vizoptimize.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use essential cookies, hosting technologies and analytics tools to operate the site, understand traffic and improve performance. Browser settings can be used to limit or block some cookies, although doing so may affect site functionality.

11. Children’s privacy

VizOptimize is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website.

12. International processing

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms for cross-border processing.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means.
